Just When You Might Think...

"Hey, winter is finally over!"
It's not.
You do realize that you live in Minnesota, right?
Oh, you don't live in MN?
Well, we do.
Just when I was thinking we were done with snow, just when I was starting to see our grass again, just when I was thinking it was time to pack away our winter stuff - it snowed.
Big time.
So out we went to play. We might as well take advantage of the white stuff while we still can, I say. I'm a cup-half-full kind of gal, after all.
Apparently, so is our son.
I mean, how often does one get to leave the first footprints in the snow? (It's not often).
I won't be packing away our winter stuff just yet. I'm pretty sure if I do, it's guaranteed to snow.

The world is white again! Good on ya, Lisa, for being the half full kind of gal. You and Andy have always done a good job of helping Elijah enjoy the outdoors. I love his smile! This morning everything was white and gray. A little blue was peaking through the clouds. I started thinking about color like the rainbow. Remember, Roy G Biv? Soon God will take out his paint brush again and paint the landscape. I am looking forward to that. In the meantime I'm glad you are all enjoying the wonderful white world of snow. Love, MomGrammaKat

To see it through a little boy's laughing eyes, makes me love that white stuff still...and until...

Hey! Do you think you could arrange for some snow when I come home in a couple weeks? : )

Cute post. That looks like so much fun!!
By the way, I don't live in Minnesota (as you know), and today it is supposed to be close to 80 degrees! Now that is just crazy.
